Andre Alvarez Biography:
Andre Alvarez is electronic musician from Isselburg, Germany.
He was a postman in Spain in the past. His first CD “Picture Music” released in 1996
got a lot of attention in the EM scene.
Andre plays traditional Berlin School electronic music in the vein of Klaus Schulze
and Tangerine Dream. He uses only vintage analogue equipment writing his music.
Even Klaus Schulze was impressed by his music and lend him some instruments...
Andre Alvarez died 6th July 2008 from a serious long-time disease.
He was buried on 10th July in Isselburg, Germany.
CD released by Fan Club Of Electronic Music "Recordplex Productions" in Canada.
Limited edition of 500 copies.
Tracks 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 recoded at concert in Bocholt, Germany 1994.
Tracks 1, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11 recorded in Machine Room, Isselburg, Germany 1996.
